The facilities and the foods were great. Love the vibes you can relax, serene, calming in just one place
It is a beautiful resort right at the beach with comfortable rooms and a pretty view. The staff are lovely and helpful. It is a great hotel for the price!
The food was mediocre at best, the beach was a bit dirty although that is not their fault. The pool does not get cleaned often enough and has only a few umbrellas for shade. Worst of all they played the same two songs on a loud speaker for half of the day, it got truly annoying.
Terimakasih
Beach side, all the rooms are facing the sea.
The room is a bit old, the hair dryer wasn't provided and you need to request, only 2 bottles of water provided, location is a bit remoted, the breakfast is quite limited.
One of the best hotel in belitong area, they had a private beach inside, surrounding area is full of bush like in hawaian peninsula, recommended!
Sea view is amazing, the pool is big and toward to the sea, the staff is kind and helpful and the room is clean with beautifull balcony
Less variation of breakfast
优点： very nice location and quiet
缺点： obvious signs of wear and tear on the outdoor furniture getting shabby, the missing glass tops, the many missing pillows and the restaurant chair pillows being not very clean.
优点： always love the location
缺点： rental sepeda rusak
I stayed in this hotel every time I visited belitung. Beach front, nice view, helpful staffs, and excellent breakfast.
Nasi Goreng
Chicken, pasta in breakfast. Pizza
Actually the hotel is nice, but somehow lack of maintenance. I could’nt sleep well due to the broken AC. Breakfast is so so, location is far away from city, but it has a private beach and private library.
Facilities
Spa , gave a time and then changed it 3 times later said come tomorrow but we were leaving so how. Very dissappointed
Located slightly further away from city center. But a very well made hotel and a good place to chill if that's what you prefer
优点： everything! beachview, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, free use of bicycles… all around very relaxing
Good
优点： the bed was big, the landscape was well-maintained.
缺点： the tv was working but it was blurry. maybe the cable connection was a bit off. the swimming pool needs to cleaned more, the kids playroom was dirty in the corners, they cleaned up after i told one of the housekeepers. some of the corridors weren’t lit and cleaned. the food needs to be seriously improved. wait time was very long, staff wasn’t organized, the taste were also very poor except for the fried rice and the friend noodles. breakfast was quite alright but they ran out of butter. most people avoid margarine for health reasons, so having butter is a must. NEVER compromise the quality of your food in order to cut cost, in the long run, it will damage your reputation. your hotel is far from a lot of restaurants, surely the guests would prefer to dine in, unfortunately you have very little to offer, and this is a huge loss for your business.
The view
