(Hotel Santika Mega City - Bekasi)

Special shout out to Mr Galih in reception and Miss Chita in the restaurant. Two very humble and respectful members of staff. A credit to the hotel.

Excellent bfast buffet with variety of food.

Decent hotel above a decent mall. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room good size and well appointed but lighting very dim for me 😢

优点： location

评价： bagus buat yg pergi bersama keluarga

Nice

Good

Internet connection and the food

No view, No Hbo channel, Breakfast so so, FO sent to bad room.

The location is great.

Sungguh merepotkan.

Location surrounded by malls

Location is super convenient if your destination is Bakasi convention center. Room size is about right and clean. There was water leakage from A/C but they fix it instantly. Staff are very nice. The only thing is there should be fridge in the room.

Bagus, lokasi strategis dan nyaman
