优点： Stayed here multiple times on multiple occasions. Great location as it's connected to malls. Staffs are friendly and happy with their jobs. Great breakfast selection and nice clean rooms.

优点： The Hotel Indonesia (now Kempinski) is as wonderful as I remembered it visting with my parents decades ago. While the structure and facilities have been beautifully updated, the staff members (especially at the front desk and concierge) are as kind and helpful as I remembered them to be from years past (in particular, the lady who checked me in--unfortunately I didn't get her name). rnOther top end hotels may try to replicate the luxury experience but the history and tradition of is one of a kind.

优点： On par with other 5 star hotels in the similar price range. Spa, rooftop were very good. Rooms were as well in very nice condition. Service was professional especially considering that I forgot some valuable belongings and the staff kept it for me.
