评价： I made the payment and when I arrived to check in, I was told that they couldn't find the code and that the rooms were currently full :))) I checked again, there was a code but still full rooms, and the staff's attitude was terrible... very irresponsible and negligent.

评价： Today, June 1st, I stayed from 12 PM until after 9 PM when I checked out. They collected my deposit of 360,000 VND and said that they would return the excess amount because I didn't stay overnight. However, when I checked out in the evening, the staff had an attitude of not wanting to return my excess money, and the behavior of the hotel staff in the evening was deceitful and unprofessional. I request to be contacted again to resolve this issue for me.
