评价： It's quite convenience but the only problem is there a flight of stairs you need to carry your luggage up before you can go up & down the lift. Breakfast is included but it's the same menu everyday. You need to reserve. As for room, it's very small. My big luggage managed to open in a corner.

评价： Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the PricennWe booked a 3-night stay, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel was far from what we expected.nnFirst, the room rate was not cheap, but the entrance is very inconvenient. You must carry your luggage up a staircase just to reach the lift that takes you to the check-in counter on the 10th floor. What's worse, no staff offered to help with luggage.nnRoom conditions were poor:nnBedsheets were not properly changed.nnThe room was too small, especially for a 3-bed unit.nnThe toilet design is terrible – the showerhead isn’t mounted properly, so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower.nnThe air conditioning malfunctions, randomly switching between cold and hot.nnThe bed frames were unstable, the mattresses way too soft, and every slight movement caused the bed to shake excessively.nnVentilation was awful, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable.nnnTo make matters worse, they charge a ₩10,000 deposit just to request an extra room card.nnWe requested a cancellation and refund for the remaining 2 nights due to all these issues, but the staff refused and kept giving excuses. On the second night, we couldn’t tolerate it anymore and had to book another hotel, which cost us an additional ₩4,000,000.nnHonestly, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended, especially if you're traveling with family or carrying luggage.n

评价： Front desk staff will treat you like you were dumb just because you do not speak their language. Also, make sure that you get what you paid for. nnBreakfast was just waste of time.
