优点： The staff was incredibly kind. I came very early (like 10am) and check in wasn't until 1500. I wanted to leave my bags but they went ahead and let me check in. I really appreciated that. The room was huge. I didn't need the extra space because i was alone but it was very very nice to have. The bed was comfortable enough. I couldn't find the towels so I went ask. The gentleman at the desk came to show me that everything is in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom and he noticed my room was cold so he helped me use the thermostat as well. It was very considerate of him. nnThe wifi works very well as the rooms all have routers in them. Keep in mind your keycard has to be in the slot to ensure the room has power and the router comes on.nnThe location is excellent. It is about an hour and half from ICN Airport by train and the train is less than $5usd. It is about 10 minutes walking from the metro station. There are several restaurants nearby and convenient stores as well. I was on a low floor so I didn't have the view but I wandered to the higher floors and could see the view was beautiful.nnI had a 10am flight from ICN so I left at about 5.30am to catch the train, it's cheap but taxi's can be quite expensive all the way to that airport. The front desk was attended so it was very quick and easy to check out.

优点： I liked nothing about this hotel. The front staff was highly unfriendly, stubborn, rude and they were not able to communicate in English at all.
