评价： If you’re looking for a 3-5 star this is not the hotel for you. The pool was covered so no sun and very small. Seconds from the old town.

优点： Had a wonderful stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Arranged all our transport, washing and have great advice to explore the city! Would have loved to have stayed longer.

优点： This homestay was amazing!! The staff were really friendly and helpful! The lady let us leave our bags there after check out so we could continue to explore!
缺点： The shower was broken when we came in, but it was resolved instantly!!! Everything else was amazing!!

优点： The location was great, literally 2mins away from Hoi An Oldtown
缺点： Everything else. There was no elevator, so if you travel with luggages or the elders, I would not recommend this place. The room was small, the soap/shampoo/shower gel was close to nothing. The receptionist clocked out at 5pm. You have to pay 30k VND for a bike, its not a lot of money, but most, if not all other places, let you use them for free. The water pressure is garbage, and it takes 3 minutes to change the temperature (they wrote it themselves). I've tried many different places in Hoi An but this one is by far the worst.

The location was great and very close to the river and night life and markets.
Main staff were great and very helpful and kept communication often.
缺点：
Night staff not understand english. My niece asked for toilet paper and he just laughed, i dont think he understood.
Rooms need a good clean along with aircons but they are ok at the same time
评价： A great location, just tucked off the main road from the night market. Our stay was short, but the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely would stay again.
优点： Loved the location and the staff. It’s in the perfect place - 2mins walk from Old Town, so it’s quiet. The pool is lovely and the staff were lovely and helpful. They arranged drivers and tickets and were so friendly and kind. They suggested some great places for food and things to do.
缺点：
The room we had was on street level, just behind reception. It was two double/queen beds and a bathroom. It had no windows or doors and smelt mouldy and had no fresh air. We needed to keep the door open for as long as we could if we were in there.
Ask for a different room and I’m sure it’ll be fine.
