优点： Such a nice staff, very helpful and holly was always smiling, really recommend this. Simple but very good

优点： Holly was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us for many things, and offered support and knowledge when we got into difficulty doing the loop. The property had comfortable and clean rooms, with abundant hot water for showers, which we have noticed isn’t always offered with other places.

优点： The host was very accommodating with the check-in time at 5 am. And she let me leave my bag in the hostel for 5 days while I was doing the Ha Giang loop.

She let us wait the bus till the evening in the structure after kept our baggage for two days, we appreciate it a lot.
