评价： Ks 2 sao, phòng ngủ hơi ẩm thấp. Ko cách âm tốt, ban đêm có có nhiều người đi lại nói chuyện ồn ào
优点： Big nice and clean
缺点： Is too old

优点： I like its location, it's close to the city center and easy to access The Lady Temple. It's not the greatest place but suitable for those who want to discover Chau Doc with low budget.
缺点： I was disappointed with the reception, they are not professional like others, it's a long story but luckily the owner solved the problem so I don't want to mention anymore. They're hotel but it's not meet requirements that a hotel should have: no hair dryer, no minibar and some other facilities inside hotel room

评价： Đặt phòng có bao gồm ăn sáng, nhưng thực tế là khách sạn không có phục vụ ăn sáng, tivi remote không sử dụng được, tiện ích trong phòng quá cũ kỹ, tiếp tân thái độ phục vụ quá tệ. Tôi đặt phòng và thanh toán trước nhưng bảo là không kiểm tra được.
评价： Everything is good, meet the value of money that I spent. Friendly staff. Just one thing is facility is quite simple. It is suitable if you just need a place for sleep not stay for vacation.

评价： Staff is not friendly, I rent a room and a motorbike from them on 11:00AM 1/9/23. Before rent I also asked them about price bases on day or 24hours (they said 24 hours) - means to 11:00AM 2/9/23 is totally a day (150k VND), but at the end (I extend few hours) by somehow they count from 11:00AM 1/9 to 10PM 3/9 and asked me for 3.5 days, although just 2.5 days. I did not agree so we make the argument. I don't want argument more so I agreed 3 days = 450k for bike. I really dont like the way their receptionist talk to customers.
评价： Giá phòng k rẻ, 450k/phòng cho giường đôi/đêm nằm cách xa miếu bà khoảng 2km, theo book phòng thì có tủ lạnh và chọn loại 2 giường đơn nhưng khi nhận lại là 1 giường đôi và k có tủ lạnh. Do nhận phòng khá khuya nên quá mệt để đổi phòng. Khi check out tôi hỏi vì sao k có tủ lạnh thì nv bảo là hư rồi, vì k đòi hỏi nên k đem lên.

THE OWNER WAS ABUSING ME BADLY
THIS MORNING WE HAVE TO PAY TWICE BEFORE THEY GIVE US OUR PASSPORTS BACK.
HAVE REPORTED THIS INCIDENT TO AGODA AND WAITED FOR A GOOD RESPOND.
