Herloom BSD 酒店及公寓 (Herloom Hotel & Residence BSD - Tangerang)

评价： Has washing machine in the room. Definitely staying here again

优点： The facility fit and comfortable for family travel in group, complete facility like an apartment, located nicely in the center of best restaurants option in Tangerang city (BSD and Gading Serpong) and close to Jakarta by highway, facility clean, modern and tidy, service and breakfast was great.

评价： Nice staff, clean hotel, parking sucks but accesible

优点： We are on a staycation with our family and chose the 2-Bedroom Executive. The key strengths are the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, which make our stay more convenient. We also love the balcony view, as it allows us to enjoy fresh air in the morning.nnHowever, one downside is the limited restaurant choices in the mall when we visited.nnAnother great feature is the entertainment options—we get access to Netflix, YouTube, and various TV channels, which we really enjoy.nnOverall, this hotel is highly recommended for families. It has a swimming pool for both kids and adults, and guests can also access the gym and sauna.

评价： Pintu kaca kamar mandi tidak bisa rapat jadi air muncrat2 keluar. Sekat antara shower ke area kering juga terlalu rendah jadi banjir kamar mandi nya.

优点： Waiting for more than 1 hour for checkin, the breakfast food is so standard.

优点： Room was spacious, however it needs more sunlight exposure from the window. Aircons are cool and bathroom amenities are amazing.

评价： This is a new hotel, with the same location as apartments and small mall. Altough only has small lobby, the room and breakfast buffet are beyond my expectation, and my family had a very nice time there. The pool has interesting view, but very cold and windy during our visit on rainy day, as it was semi outdoor. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we plan to return another time.

优点： specious space, comfy bed and pillows, great waterpressure, washer and microwave, good bfast and has many kind of variety food, very close to convenient resto n store, and many more

评价： We an amazing stay at Herloom. Facilities are new and food is good.

优点： Spacious rooms and bathroom. Super clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV with YouTube.

评价： The unit was as advertised, with good amenities: good value and very nice people.

优点： The Location and the size of the room

优点： The room size , a lot of parking space, same building with Cow Play Cow Moo (game center)

评价： Checkinnya lamaaaa bgt tlg lebih dikoordinasi lagi dan disiapkan lagi roomnya supaya bs cek in lebih cepat. Restaurant nya kurang luas tp staffnya ramah ruangannya jg bersih

优点： Super clean bathrooms, well maintained, spacious apartment, modern furnishing. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool AC.

评价： For Family Staycation this place is good.

优点： I recently had the pleasure of staying at Herloom Residence, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Iris and Angel) made me feel like a valued guest, with warm and efficient service at check-in. The ambiance of the hotel is both modern and inviting, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.nnThe room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing environment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries. nnDining at Herloom Residence was another highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the in-house restaurant served mouthwatering meals that were a treat to my taste buds. The staff at the restaurant were equally attentive and made dining a pleasant experience.
