Natalie was especially helpful. She stood outside the hotel to make sure we boarded the van safely.
It was located right in front of the river bank, and close to Han Market and many eateries.

评价： A perfect location especially at night. The hotel is across the han river where you can see the Dragon Bridge. The Han Market is 2 corners away. The hotel also offers SPA/Massage. No need to go out the hotel. It is located at the first floor. Kudos also to the staffs who are very accomodating too.

优点： The location is excellent. We had a superior triple room with balcony at the 5th floor and the view of the river at night was simply breathtaking. The people working there are very young and very very nice all of them. It happened to be my birthday while there and they surprized me with a birthday cake. The massage at the hotel is simply amazing. It is few steps aways from the Han Market so shopping for presents and all kind of things at good prices is covered.

评价： Yes, the room had a musty smell when I entered, as described by previous reviewers. It seemed to fade once the AC was on. The view was amazing and the room is comfortable. Plus the roof is located in the centre of activity in Danang city. I can’t believe you can find a better room at this price in this location. I’ll be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Happy Day Riverside Hotel, and I must say it was an overall wonderful experience, largely due to the remarkable service provided by the hotel staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and a quick check-in process. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome right away. She took the time to explain the hotel amenities and offered to assist me with any special requests I had during my stay. It’s always reassuring to know that the staff is genuinely eager to help.

One of the highlights of my stay was how attentive and accommodating the staff were throughout my visit. I had a minor issue with my room’s air conditioning, and after I mentioned it to the front desk, they quickly sent someone to resolve the problem. The maintenance staff was incredibly prompt, professional, and efficient. It was clear they prioritized guest satisfaction, and their efforts ensured I had no further issues during my stay.

Additionally, the concierge service deserves special mention. The concierge team was immensely helpful in guiding me on local attractions, dining options, and providing transportation suggestions. They went beyond standard service, ensuring I felt like a valued guest, not just another visitor. On one occasion, I had a last-minute request for a guided tour, and they were able to arrange it within a matter of hours. This level of responsiveness made my trip feel seamless and stress-free.

The housekeeping staff also stood out in their attentiveness. My room was consistently cleaned to a high standard, with fresh towels and amenities replenished daily. Even though I opted for a late checkout, they were flexible and made sure everything was in order, ensuring I didn’t feel rushed.

优点： Fantastic location right on the front of river overlooking dragon bridge. Not noisy despite being right in the centre of everything. Lots of food and shops 30 second walk away. Dragon bridge is 3 minute walk away. Night market is 5 minute walk away. Excellent staff. Very clean building. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend for solo traveler or couples
