汉斯之家 (Hans House)

优点： The owner of the property was very communicative and hospitable - he spoke to me in English. He met me when I arrived, introduced me to the amenities of the room as well as the common area and gave me some maps to better help me explore.

优点： Hans house is a great value for the location. It's walking distance to gyeongbokgung Palace, bukchon hanok village, and a variety of popular attractions in Seoul. Mr. Han was a great host and I would definitely book this accommodation again next time Seoul.

评价： Location can't be beat, and host is amazingly kind. The outside terrace is peaceful. If you have livelier neighbors you may be able to hear them, but it didn't bother us at all. Definitely would stay again!

优点： The house was located in a small alley, surrounded by some old Hanok style houses/low buildings. It was located close to the food street and there were all kinds of stores nearby. I wanted to walk to Iwangsan in the morning and the location was perfect.

评价： Host was very kind and helpful to introduce the places of interest and food around the stay. The room and surrounding was neat and clean and I had a wonderful stay there. Will definitely stay here again if I travel to Seoul in the future.

优点： The location was amazing. So close to the place and Buchon Hanok village. Lots of good food around. 5 min to subway and bus station with express bus to the airport.nThe host was very friendly and helpful and let me drop my luggage off in the morning.

评价： Unlike another Seoul guest House I booked before I discovered Hans house, Mr Han waited up for me even though I arrived close to midnight. The location is a bit hard to find (many crocked streets, in the middle of Hanbok area) but Mr Hans sent me pictures on how to get to his location from subway station which is also where the Airport express bus stop dropped me off.nnLocation is super convenient but quiet, even though it is right off the culture food village - meaning we walked to have freshly prepared breakfast or late night snacks - although most places hours are opened from 10-10 only some soup places are opened for breakfast (as of Sept 2023)nI also borrowed clothes rack from Mr. Hans to dry clothes and a scale to weigh luggage when we left. nNote: we had the 2-twin beds arrangement room, and the bathroom is private but outside of our room. It is private because other rooms have the bathroom in their units so in theory, no one else uses our bathroom but we still need to dress properly when we go to the toilet. So be aware and ask specifically if you need and expect to have the toilet inside your unit. nOther than that, our room was big, about 15 feet x 15 feet (due to the fact the bathroom is outside) so plenty of room to spread out our shopping treasures :). The in-room fridge is Asian full size - meaning it can hold more than just beverages. The air conditioning unit is also in the room, meaning you can adjust the temp to whatever your preference is.nAll in all, I would return and stay with Mr. Han again, just because he is so nice and friendly.nSafe travels!

优点： The location was great. Just a couple of minutes away from Gyeongbokgung Palace, bus station and the food alley. The owner was awesome, very nice and very helpful. Highly recommended! We spent Christmas Eve at the house and Mr. Han gave us rice cake and fruits. A sweet gesture that we really appreciate. My kids enjoyed playing at the garden as well especially during the snowfall on Christmas Day.

优点： The location was perfect everything's just around the corner within walking distance: busses, taxis, subways, restaurants, malls, palaces, museums, street food everywhere. Close to Namsan Tower, too.
