河内加伦特酒店 (Hanoi Gallant Hotel)

评价： Las fotos publicadas están maquilladas. Estuve 4 noches y pasé por 3 habitaciones (podrían haber sido 4) incómodas y todas con problemas. Apenas llegué me ofrecieron un upgrade gratis a una habitación mas grande con “vista a la ciudad” (vista al edificio del frente en un barrio feo) si ponía reviews positiva en Google, sin siquiera ver la habitación, el recepcionista hizo la gestión en mi celular y envió la foto al jefe como prueba, ahí me entregó la llave. Esta habitación 501 tenía filtración de agua como cascada al piso al usar el lavamanos. La primera mañana ahí las chicas del aseo querían entrar antes del horario del check out a reponer agua y toallas en la habitación mientras estábamos vistiéndonos y aún insistiendo en abrir la puerta del baño cuando la ducha estaba siendo ocupada. Les dije que dejaría el aviso en la puerta cuando necesitara el aseo. La segunda habitación 605(último piso) literal me taladraron la cabeza a las 7:50 am, imposible dormir (según dijeron los ruidos provenían de trabajos del vecino) la tercera habitación 206 evidentemente más pequeña que la anterior, cabía solo un velador desencajado del muro y sin espacio para abrir mi maleta. Se filtraba agua desde el piso de la ducha hasta la puerta del baño. Igual tenia ruidos a las 8:00 am hasta el día domingo (menos fuerte por estar en un piso más bajo). Ya cansada de cambiarme de habitaciones y esperar el horario del nuevo check in, preferí quedarme en esta última por la última noche que me quedaba y al hacer el check out me cobraron medio día por supuesta toalla manchada con maquillaje que, según ellos, no salía con lavado (me consta que sí sale). No hay opción de desayuno si quieres pagarlo aparte. No hay restaurant. Tienen publicaciones falsas, están más preocupados de los reviews que de dar un buen servicio. Ojo que al parecer varios hoteles de Hanói actúan igual, mejor comprobar en persona las habitaciones. El entorno es feo, si bien está cerca del centro histórico, no es parte old quarter y por todo lo anterior NO recomiendo para nada este hotel.

评价： Located close to old quarter, neiborhood is not nice, staff is kind, I spent 4 nights in 3 different rooms, everyone with problems with water and noise. I couldn’t sleep to much. The hotel is worry about googles reviews more than give a good staying and fixed the rooms. They made me pay half day extra as a towell was with make up that was washable, but they said it’s not. (I think was the excuse because I made check out 20 min later at 12:20) Anyway, the old towels doesn’t value half day. There is no restaurant neither breakfast if you want to extra pay for it, neither any restaurant arround. Please, chek in person before take the rooms, is common in Hanoi the hotels shows pictures completely different to the real conditions. I don’t recommend it

优点： The property was one of the cleaner stays in SEA in terms of overall cleanliness and the toilet. Worth staying for a night only.

优点： Excellent staff response time. Room is spacious and clean. Hapro and Winmart is 3 minutes away.

评价： I will definitely stay at Gallant hotel. It’s a lovely hotel, very similar to hotel set ups in the USA. Very clean, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The owner, Viet, is very kind and helped my sister and I out before we started a 4 week trip. The location is about a 30 minute walk from touristy old town, but it’s in a very local area and the walk to old town is really lovely!
