评价： 优点：地理位置很好。n缺点：入住体验很差。下水道反味严重，没有暖风空调只有一个小暖气（提高房间温度需要很久），导致入住第一感受就是一个冰窖一样的难闻的房间。n有一天凌晨1点回来洗澡发现停热水了，不知是凌晨会关热水还是怎样，但入住时没有任何人告知。生理期用刺骨的冷水洗脸洗脚堪称噩梦。n房间隔音很差，基本就是一层薄墙板。晚上和朋友交流都很注意小声，结果上午9点多说话笑声有点大立刻被房东粗暴拍墙警告（隔壁是一间有密码但不对外出租的房间，应该是房东和家人在住）。这么苛刻别做民宿了吧？来旅游又不是来军训的。n服务是没有的，垃圾需要自己拿出来，也没有客房打扫，之前住的青旅至少都会打扫房间。从入住到退房房东始终是冷脸相迎，冷漠得有点莫名，看别的评价说房东很友善还会帮忙拿行李，很难想象是同样的人。n入住需要爬一长段极陡极窄的楼梯，还是斜面很不安全，带行李箱就别考虑了。n总之绝对不会再来入住，也不推荐给任何人。

评价： The listing stated that the room comes with air-conditioning, but we didn't had the controller in our room. When I went to asked at the counter, the female staff (I supposed the owner) told me that there's no a/c. It was winter, even then when I said that it's warm, she argued that it's because we were in our jackets (and pulled at mine!), when I said that it is still warm without the jackets, she asked us to open the windows, then I mentioned that it's too noisy, she said nno a/c. No apologies. That's it.nWhen I stepped into my room completely baffled, she followed me into OUR ROOM, passing us the controller reluctantly pointing at our jackets, windows, blabbering...!?nnThe entrance and its staircase is really narrow. There's a step just by the entrance of the room - tripped and hit my toes against it a few times. Hazards all around not recommended for elderly or those with heavy bulky luggage.nPoor sound-proofing. Noisy.

优点： Good location. it’s nearby the bus stop and the limousine bus no.6001 to get on or get off at Incheon Airport

优点： It’s very near for meet ups in my group tours and subways are just few steps away.

评价： For budget travellers. Those cannot with steps ,not recommended. nBonus point- they allowed us to keep our luggages for 4 nites when v travel.to busan with no extra charges where other guesthouse will charged you for keeping luggage at their place.

优点： The owners were very kind and helped us with all our questions.nThe location is excellent since you live literally right in front of the Design Plaza.

评价： Bad service and terrible attitude from the owner, caution!
