优点： The staff were really lovely and looked after me so well. I was working a lot and the girls would bring me fruit plates and cakes to keep me going. So sweet

한가지. 아쉬운 점이라면 데스크 직원의 호객행위가 너무 심했다. 첫날가자마자 꽤 오랜시간 호객행위를 했고 불편했다. 그것만 뺀다면 친절했고 숙소도 좋았다! 그것만 뺀다면 다시 오고싶은 숙소.

评价： Had a lovely 2-days stay here and loved it. It’s a very cozy building with few rooms for rent and the pool often feels private. Overall a very relaxing stay and the bikes were a definite plus! Breakfast did not have a lot of options but was good and the ladies were always ready to help. Would totally recommend!

评价： This place located so near the memories park (so it’s safe to walk at night). Have a cool pool to chill, I got to chill in the morning before breakfast🥹so cool. We also can borrow the bicycle, but my friend don’t want to ride to the ancient town, so I just use it to go around the homestay in the morning😁
The staff is so friendly, we got our room before 2PM and she give us many tips about Hoian.

优点： Green Tea Villa was a gorgeous oasis in Hoi An. Room was large and super comfy and clean. Staff were super friendly the whole stay. We arrived before 10am which is usually earlier than most accommodations will let you check in, but Linda checked us in and got us breakfast as soon as we arrived and helped us plan our activities for the day. We booked a cooking class through her and she helped us find a good tailor shop in the town. When we returned form a brief visit to the town our room was ready and we had such a comfortable stay.

评价： We very much enjoyed our week at the Green Tea. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable with a large deck. We would recommend the Green Tea to anyone.

评价： Terrific location, friendly & helpful staff & great beds & pillows. Lovely options for breakfast. Pool is nice but not heated! Super clean room with balcony. Only downside was the loud roosters 🐔next door which go from 5am all day! Wear earplugs!

Also we love the location with it being almost riverside and a great 15 minute stroll along the promenade to the town centre

评价： The staff, room and facilities were so perfect. The kids loved the breakfast and pool. The room had lots of space, was clean and cool. A 20 minute walk to the bustling bit of hoi an. It was nice to be a little bit out from that but still near great eating places.

优点： People working at the hotel are truly amazing—they go above and beyond to make sure you feel cared for. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests.

评价： We stayed here for 2 nights. The hosts were so caring and nice. We were late to wake up, yet they made sure we had our breakfast even if it was way past their breakfast hours.

The hosts are always available and help out with anything and everything. The rooms are very clean and well maintained.

优点： Location is great. centralised to all the attraction in Hoi an. The staff especially Linda is the greatest staff a customer could ask for. 100% delivered customer service beyond our expectations. We were on the way to Danang airport but we have forgotten an important item at a store. Linda got it for us and even delivered it to the airport. Truly an angel and amazing person. My partner and I have never been so grateful.

优点： We loved this spot. Great value for money. Staff were lovely and helpful, even making me a special vegetarian noodle soup for breakfast after hearing I don't eat meat. Recommend booking drivers and local activities through the hotel as well. Pool and outside area was lovely. Easy walking distance to everything but tucked away enough to be quiet and restful. We would happily stay here again.
