缺点： Hotel receptionist don't talk in English. They are kind of scam. I told to book for 2 days. They took payment for one day and deposit advanced. After then next day they come up again saying room price has increased and took extra money for next day. That's very bad. They should have book 2 day at the same time... Its like every day they come up saying give today's payment and today price is more than yesterday. Totally unprofessional it is.nnnAnother thing i did not like is, no room cleaning, no water, no shampoo refilling from second day. If we ask for basic water, we have to pay. We needed to convince them they are supposed to provide one bottle water everyday free of cost.
评价： Located outside Batam City with little to offer in the surrounding area.nThe room was spacious but had an awkward layout. The bathtub area flooded due to poor drainage, and there were not enough power sockets available.

缺点： Difficult to use the tv..nHousekeeping was not properly done..nShower that was on top of our head is terrible so we use the small shower.. My husband and I have to do our cleanings.. I only call housekeeping to clean the toilet.. The bed is not clean.. my husband had itchiness for 3 days..

评价： They make a mistake not checking system properly and throw everything to agoda. No service recovery. Need to waste another money to book another room and suddenly fine out there have my booking. After that no management service recovery blame us blame agoda. Seriously? What so difficult just bring forward to other day to close case. Keep calling asking for extension like loan shark never bother check the system properly.
