评价： If you're looking for a hotel with excellent service from all levels of staff, then this is the place to come to. Despite not being modern, the values and culture you see here certainly make up for it. Well done to the management team on fostering discipline and attitudes in its workforce. A truly authentic experience. I've not experienced this in many five to six star hotels in Asia and Europe. They take care of you and pay attention to even the smallest details. Would certainly come again.

优点： Beautiful hotel, well designed (so that pool, beach, restaurants etc are all within a short walk), that never felt too crowded. Food was excellent, with breakfast in the Asian restaurant so good we never actually tried either of the other places for breakfast. They do all the big things brilliantly, but little touches like cold flannels at the pool, preparing the sun loungers, unlimited bottled water etc just made the whole experience perfect. Special mention for all the staff - most welcoming I have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always available to assist (including summoning the lift every time we crossed reception!), and were utterly friendly, respectful and courteous. We were sad to leave and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in this part of Vietnam.

优点： Beautiful resort with very nice amenities for all ages. Kids friendly facilities with game room and pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Different dining options onsite. The massage/spa service was excellent.

评价： This is the best stay I have ever had and the staff were extremely humble and down-to-earth! They make sure all their guests have the most comfortable and pleasant stay at their hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to spend their holiday in Da nang!

The location is very convenient for those that want to be near Danang and Hoi An as the resort is located in the meddle of both with access to a taxi at any time.
The breakfast buffet and the food in general was delightful.
Also had the best massage ever in their spa!!
We would definetely return here!

SPA was great too and included in the room price, it is value for money.
On top of that, really great Onsen and Sauna available and best feeling during the monsoon season!

It would be better with one or two dining choices.
The toilet in the room was occasionally broken down or unstable in it's water bumping.

优点： Location is very quiet and relaxing, that was exactly what I was hoping for. Perfect size of the property and we loved the well manicured garden, private beach with hammocks under the palm trees, the main pool area and the large Japanese bath (onsen). We were in a 1BR suite on 4th floor and it was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Good and drinks in the restaurants were excellent. Best dinner was the Teppan restaurant. Great breakfast buffet in the main restaurant with lots of hot and cold options. All staff were very helpful and extremely polite (probably the most polite staff we ever met, and compared to many other 5 star hotels and resorts). Lifeguard at beach was very attentive on the days when we could swim in the sea.

优点： A wonderful five star Beach Resort with very friendly and helpful staff and an extensive breakfast menu to suit all tastes and dietary restrictions like gluten free and vegetarian. Highly recommended. If I visit Hoi An again I’ll definitely stay again.
