评价： got a short getaway with my cousin and her toddler here. facilities are good, things are clean, just the way to the pool a bit difficult while bringing a stroller for my nephew. breakfast varied and taste good. there's several high rated restaurants around. all in all perfect.
优点： The hotel is beautiful and spacious. The staffs are excellent, the service is 10/10. The staffs are always smiling and they are always available to help you with anything you need. I stayed in the two bedroom apartment with my family, and it was absolutely amazing.

优点： I only like that staff was good and that's it.
缺点： The services were not good. There were so many mosquitoes in the room. The ACs were not having a service done i felt so hot through out my visit despite the temperature on AC remote was 16. Also in the Cafe Magenta, every day while doing breakfast there were alot of mosquitoes, cockroaches and flies moving & sitting on the food items. on pointing out the issue, i felt no change in the amount or number of pests. rnThe room was not having any dental kit, moisturizer etc every day i had to call the reception to get it. so it is extremely a poor or i must say worst situation.

缺点： Tv in the room is glitch all the time makes me dizzy... the wifi soo veryyyy slooowww, the capacity of the apt is for 4 people, but the towel the glass they provides only for 2 people. The menu of the bfast wasnt not variatif.. trying to order room service, but the resto didnt provide the menus as shown... as a matter a fact they were confuse.. nnand the apartment is lack of direction.. which one is lobby to the Grande Valore and which one to Holiday inn...

优点： We stayed to celebrate Mom’s Birthday. Staff were friendly and gave a sweet surprise by decorating Mom’s bed and the birthday cake 🎂. We all made a wonderful memories during our stayed, and this hotel provides everything with all we need. Very high recommend.

评价： Aroma lobby dan tiap lorong yg harum menenangkan. Staff ramah, informatif, dan solutif. Kamarnya bikin kaget… bersih dan harum, ada beranda di kamar, tersedia kompor listrik dan perabot memasak-makan. Ada kulkasnya.. Perlengkapan mandi lengkap.. sendal hotelnya juga enak berbulu2. Makanannya enak dan sangat variatif. Sebelum ke kolam renang, bisa minta handuk dulu ke FO.. Parkir luar ada, parkir basement juga ada. Oh ya infoin ke FO tentang karcis parkir biar free keluar masuk hotel. Dan di hotel ini ada fasilitas perpustakaan juga.. Hadeuhhh seru sih di sini. Makasih ya..
优点： It’s a nice “pet friendly” place. nPet, I brought a small dog can play all around the area freely, except pool & inside the restaurant. nFor me it’s very nice.
缺点： Some area especially public toilets are rather dirty.nThey need to be cleaned up more often.nThere’re not so many trash bin in the area and if there’re any, it’s full.
