缺点： That we didn't stay longer.

缺点： The WiFi was spotty and the air conditioning does not work. It was way too hot to sleep.

缺点： Honestly, too many to count. But, here are some of the main things that stood out to me. And for context, I booked three rooms in a total of 28 days and stayed at this hotel for 28 days.nThe total amount came out to probably around or more thann$20K USD.nn1. They do not have airport shuttle or complimentary pick up/ drop off service. I paid for them separately.n2. The hotel is said to be non-smoking, but I smelled smoken50% of my time there. Not just a little, but so much to the point I had to call the front desk and let them know. They only said that they charge a fee to customers who smoke in their room, but honestly that is not enough. I was struggling almost every night because of the smell of the smoke.n3. Daily housekeeping is literally just straightening up furniture and changing sheets/towels. I was there for an entire month and no dusting or vacuuming was done because everyday I had to clean the dust and the washing machine and all of the detailed cleaning I did on my own.n4. There are a few employees that do not know how to do their jobs. I would request for something then that person will call me multiple times to my room to confirm or clarify even though I had already given them the instructions. A few employees, especially the female employees are amazing!!n5. I would have to wait at the front desk or concierge for help and yell for someone to help me because no employee was there. This happened a few times.n6. My first dinner at the hotel buffet, I got food poisoning and was sick for a few days. Do not eat their desserts and meat at the buffet.nnThere is probably a lot more, but these are the most biggest issues I experienced. For the money, definitely not worth it.

缺点： Not many amenities within walking distance. However, it is still within minutes to main Gangnam and Coex Mall.
