评价： Hài lòng khi ở với gia đình 3 đêm. Khách sạn tinh tế khi xếp hai phòng cóthể mở sang nhau cho bố mẹ và con cái.
优点：
The club lounge and the staff there were excellent. The staff were friendly, efficient , helpful.
The reception staff responded to requests and resolved issues promptly and with polite efficiency.
The New Year’s Eve dinner was superb, with a wide selection of delicious buffet food and it was very good value for money.
We were moved to a suite for our last two nights , which was beautiful, with fabulous views of the river
缺点：
The hotel was advertised on Booking.com as a five star hotel, but I felt our room was not what I expected from 5 star.
The furniture was scratched and dated.
The only drinking glasses available were in the bathroom so we had to request extra glasses .
I was surprised at the limited supply of toiletries- no body lotion (although this was provided in the suite)
We had to have an engineer to fix the television every day as it either wouldn’t work, or went off altogether while we were watching it. On our fourth day , the engineer came to the room four times to fix it! That’s when we were upgraded to a suite.
The location on the river was good, but this meant it was quite a walk into town, though the shuttle service was good.
评价： My husband and I stayed at the Grand Mercure Danang for 17 nights. The service was excellent. We never wanted for anything. The only thing that could be better is that the food in the ground floor restaurant (La Rive Gauche) was hit or miss, although the breakfast buffet was always wonderful.
优点： All the staff were very helpful and service was excellent
缺点： It was a little remote, from the beach and tourist areas, but on the plus side that made it nice and quiet
优点： The hotel staff is very accommodating, from check-in to check-out. They even helped us where to get the good pho in Danang and also gave us some tips where to eat good local food in Hoi An. And also, the hotel coffee is the best! I will definitely come back again. Thanks a lot!

This hotel was recommended by my colleague. So I booked here, overall breakfast are great. The staffs are very helpful and can help you to make taxi booking. We stay during the Easter day, there is a special program for kids "egg hunting" which my son likes it so much.
Will definitely revisit this hotel if we come to Danang again.

缺点： Main lobby, hallways to the room and especially hall at elevator , need more AC

优点： For a 5-nights stay, we got treated like VIP’s from the moment we checked in to our departure. Staff were friendly without being over-bearing. Great views from our 21st floor river facing suite with amazing day and night views. Suite was surprising large, with 2 toilets, separate AC controls for lounge and bedroom. Access to the Executive lounge for breakfast and evening canapés and drinks. Nepresso compatible machines made the stay complete for my husband.
缺点： The highly advertised Seafood BBQ buffet on Friday evening was a bit underwhelmed. Quality of food was average - but understandable considering the cost.

Charging me of used laundry bag. Ridiculous!
The only hotel that charges the guest when using the laundry bag.

Room great. Food selection excellent. Staff friendly & experienced. Handy location. Wonderful time.

优点： Close to airport and dragon bridge. Easy walk into the markets.
缺点： Showers weren't very hot, bed was pretty firm.

缺点： The check in and check out - very time consuming, staff very rude, uncooperative, and not welcoming at all - they have got to understand that they are in service industry so the hardware is important (thats is the building location etc) but the software - the people who attend you, the kind of service they render, how they make you feel in a hotel room away from the comfort of their homes matters the most - the certainly can do with some training I this area - especially the front desk staff - no smile, no welcome as if guests are burden for them! Not coming again / neither suggesting to anyone!
