5.0 Never book when u have family bcz no lift , ground floor no window very humid and mosquitos - Ankur 27-01-2025

优点： We book three rooms but 2 rooms are on ground level had no window very sfocated and mosquitoes as well . No lift very hard when you travel with children and your room was on 3rd floor .

优点： Good location, friendly staff, comfy bed, nice bathroom

缺点： The wall was moldy (pictures attached).
The window seems to have no isolation. As it's facing a junction, it's as loud in the room as if you were on the street. You can hear constant vehicles and honking.

优点： The location was very good and the place was clean. I liked the second room I had as it was much more spacious than my first room which felt very small. The WiFi worked very well and it was a decent value for the area.

缺点： No windows. No ventilation. Mold and mildew. The first room I stayed in was very small. I decided to stay less days and upgrade to a larger room for the same price. Unfortunately there was an obvious mold problem in the second more spacious room. You could smell mold in the room and there were many air refreshers as well as water marks on the ceiling and walls. It looked like a fresh coat of glossy white paint was painted over the mold areas. That was a bummer as it is a health issue. The staff was not very friendly and there were a few miscommunications due to language barriers. It was also quite loud at times as the sounds from people coming and going echoed up the staircase. Lastly, they replace the towels every single day which seems extremely wasteful. Perhaps they could give guests the option to be more environmentally friendly? I would not stay there again. If you stay, make sure to get a room with a window!

缺点： Not like the pictures at all I stayed one night and checked out to go somewhere else, noise was way too loud, door was stuck, piping wasn’t working so was very loud when anyone used sink toilet or shower, air con was leaking on to the floor

评价： The location is just around 300m to centre the Old Town. There's a food street next to the hotel where u can get good cheap breakfast, lunch and dinner. A great local coffee shop that has great salted coffee, just 3 doors down from Ningy Spa where I had a great massage at reasonable low rates. Everything is much more expensive in the Old Town

评价： Room on the top floor & no lift so had to climb 3 storey. Room is clean but no drinking water provided. Aircon not cold even set to lowest temperature. Hotel at good location, near heritage town and st not noisy. Easy to get food (famous Mdm Khanh banh mi less than 5min walk). Worth going back but will ask for room at lower floor

评价： I booked this online on Agoda approximately 15 minutes before arriving and there was no issues whatsoever. Friendly staff, a very handy location and great value for money. I would stay again.

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-maintained bathroom. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Although the facilities were not extensive, they were sufficient for my needs. The only downside was that the quality of sleep could have been better. Overall, considering the value for money, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Hoi An.

评价： Friendly staff, clean room, very close to the old town center. Near Tuong Tailor clothing shopping area, Madam Khanh bread. We will come here again.
