金花酒店 (Golden Flower Hotel)

缺点： Facilities is poor, gym equipment is very old and not function well. So noisy in early morning, some guest do karaoke at 6 am in the morning. Tap water in the toilet is kinda broken. Variety breakfast is OK but there is ants in the pudding.

缺点： The hotel doesn’t look as a four stars hotel because the facilities are not good and the shower doesn’t work well and cannot be fixed. The parking lot very limited

缺点： My recent stay at Golden Flower Hotel Bandung was profoundly disappointing. I booked four rooms, and the experience was marred by a series of unacceptable issues, reflecting a severe lack of service and maintenance.nThe check-in process was chaotic. A male staff member took an excessive six minutes to locate my booking, then abruptly left me with another staff member without explanation. This set the tone for the hotel's poor service.nnUpon entering our rooms, we discovered three were in a deplorable state: dirty carpets littered with hair, sweat-stained pillowcases, broken bathroom lights and toilets, non-functional telephones and room doors, and a non-working refrigerator. Bathroom amenities were also missing. Despite our complaints, the hotel's response was dismissive, citing full occupancy as an excuse for inaction. A simple request for replaced pillowcases went unfulfilled until 11 PM. The presence of green mold on the bathroom door, a clear sign of neglected housekeeping, was particularly appalling.nnBreakfast at the Lotus restaurant was another disaster. At 7:40 AM, all food was depleted. It took an astonishing 66 minutes to replenish just three fruit items, and other dishes remained empty, forcing guests to contend with scraps. This blatant disregard for guest experience was unacceptable.nnCheck-out was equally frustrating. There was no concierge or bellboy assistance, and a reception staff member with thick glasses curtly told us to just wait, leaving us stranded in the lobby.nnThe basement parking was a nightmare: narrow, poorly ventilated, and riddled with pillars. Without parking attendants, our car sustained two deep scratches on the front left door.nnIn conclusion, Golden Flower Hotel Bandung is a hotel to be avoided. The substandard facilities, incompetent staff, and lack of basic upkeep are inexcusable. The fees charged are in no way justified by the abysmal experience provided. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

缺点： Room dirty, floor carpet dirty, bathroom and toilet dirty, hot water not available in the morning, bed dirty, definitely need total maintenance, breakfast average, car parking not free

缺点： I suggest at the level 5 there should a have a garden near the window so it look very nice. I could see long grass near window. nThe shower tap sometime running fast sometime low,

缺点： Room was visibly old and dirty. There were dark stains on the curtains resembling smoke residue. The couch pillows were very dusty. Some of the tables in the room had broken legs or peeling wood, which are safety hazards. The AC vents looked old and unclean. There were minor water stains in the shower walls.nnThe sidewalks outside the hotel were littered with graffiti and detritus. It made walking to and from the hotel unpleasant.
