评价： The apartment was not cleaned well at the time of check in. Room has cockroaches. Curtains are old and difficult to pull for open / close. Aircon is not good to cool the room. Overall I am not satisfied and not worth for the money I paid. I will not recommend this apartment to anyone to consider for their stay.

优点： Nothing at all. My feedback is to wish you guys can update the room.

评价： Worst booking experience ever, and there is nothing Agoda can do to help process a refund (they ignore both mine and Agoda's requests). Save your time and money and pay a bit more to book with a more established chain with higher ratings (avoid paying twice like we did)nn Details: We should have noticed the redflags at the beginning when the property did not respond to our numerous calls to confirm our check-in. We simply thought they were busy.nn Once we arrived to the property, we realized that these were apartment units being rented out as hotel rooms so there is no actual reception. We were tired so we just wanted to get to the room. Once we were in the room and set things down we started smelling faint sewage odors... we then looked around and realized the poor upkeep the room is in...nn We found:n -Sewage leakage at base of toilet and smell in room.n -loose toilet seatn -mold on shower fixturesn -mold on bathroom sink drainn -residue and stains on wallsn -hair and skin flakes on bedsheetsn -dirty bedside tablen -dirty couch pillowsnn We took photos of these findings and sent to them and requested a room change or a refund. They placated us for hours promising that a housekeeper is on the way, none showed up - then flipped their stance and said they will not be providing a refund. We then contacted Agoda to mediate the refund, they also ignored Agoda's request... I am unsure what actual consequences there will be for them, but i did not have the time to deal with it further and booked with a more established hotel chain. Hopefully my experience will help the next person considering booking here. Safe travels everyone!

评价： Great place, location is a rock throw away from district 1, convenient stores down stairs, clean, strong wifi, only thing would make this better is if they switched from key entry to code entry.

评价： Had a wonderful stay here. The unit is very spacious and clean. The staffs in the lobby is helpful despite of language barrier. They still manage to communicate their thoughts. There are convenient stores in the ground level. One of those is open 24hrs. There are local restaurants, bars, and church near the river as well.

优点： The location is very convenient to get to the city center.

评价： Mình đặt trước 2 ngày, có liên hệ nt trên agoda và cả zalo. Hôm sau báo mình giá khonog khớp phải huỷ phòng, bảo mình không cần làm gì, tự liên hệ huỷ với agoda rồi, tới giờ thì báo đã hoàn tất và không trả lại tiền cho mình dù mình không ở, thật sự quá tệ

评价： This property has a good location and easy access to the airport. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the walkability was great. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities left much to be desired. The staff was unhelpful and there were no garden areas to relax in. Unfortunately, I had trouble sleeping due to the uncomfortable beds. While the value for money was not great, I would recommend this property only if you need a convenient location and don't mind basic amenities.
