评价： Staff was polite. They even provided early check-in for room with extra charges. Thank you for the service.

评价： Poor maintenance of the facilities and furniture of the room. There were cockroaches infestation and poor housekeeping service whereby they used the same bedsheets, no refill of coffee/tea, towel and toilet paper. Staff did not bother to clear the trash as well.

优点： This hotel is 5 min. walking distance to the Dragon bridge and around 15 min. walking distance to the My Khe beach. Breakfast was ok for the price.

优点： The staff are very friendly and helpful, always helping me with a smile. The room is very clean and spacious. Amenities like free wifi and mini fridge are very helpful.

评价： Travelers need to bring enough money for the stay prior to departure. Payment by card is not available in this hotel.

优点： The hotel is located right in the city center, right at Dragon Bridge. I was given a high room so I could see a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast here has a variety of dishes. The staff is very enthusiastic. I asked around a few coffee shops and they gave me some suggestions.

优点： They have given me an outstanding service. They clean my room everyday and give me clean towels. I have all I need they are very accomodating. the staff are soooo kind and very respectable.

优点： I would say that it's a beautiful hotel with good facilities. The price is reasonable, and the staff is polite. I booked a tour at the hotel, and they offered me a good price!
