评价： We and really enjoying our stay in Gem Rivserside, we were pleasantly surprised with the bicycle service at the hotel. It provides 24/7 bicycles with no cost. Hot water in the showers, spacious room and great stuff. Highly recommended and great value for money

优点： We had a great stay here. Nice peaceful location close to the busy old quarter. Free bike hire was great, staff were very friendly

评价： 2nd time staying in this hotel. Quite cosy and quiet. Very good location. About 8 minutes walk to old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Ruby. Will definitely book again if I come here again.

The pool and gym were a nice addition! Breakfast was simple but enjoyable.

Calm and pretty, big rooms staff was super nice.

优点： Nice friendly hotel with very hard working staff who offer a very warm welcome. Rooms nice and spacious with a good pool. We made use of the free bikes which were ok for short distances but a bit old.
Breakfast was good with fresh eggs on order

评价： The location is great. It has bicycle you can borrow, motor you can rent anytime, car transfer, gym, pool and they upgraded our room.

评价： Nice and tranquil stay at Gem Riverside. Slightly out of Hoi An old town, but still close enough to walk, or use a free bike from the hotel. The pool is lovely and clean. Can't comment on breakfast as it wasn't included with our deal but you can purchase if you wish. Staff very friendly and helped with booking of tours and buses, laundry etc.

优点： The friendly staff, location, amenities like the pool and the refillable drinking water station and traditional Vietnamese dishes (banh it tran) at the breakfast buffet.

评价： This is a really nice hotel with only a short walk into the Old town. The pool is lovely and so are the staff. I had a very enjoyable stay here, I can highly recommend it.

优点： A great hotel, a few minutes walk from the chaos of the old quarter. Our room was large, clean and comfy. We had a great view of the pool. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of staying in Hoian. *****
