评价： location ok, breakfast was very bad, not many choices, and we even experienced one morning that they only served noddles soup and egg, staff not helpful for the needy, no one will help you carry your luggages from the reception to the road to get a taxi. Overall will not recommend this place!

评价： Going to Phu Quoc, I prefer to stay in a bungalow than in a hotel. There is wide range of bungalows in Phu Quoc. This time i decided to stay in a hotel. It make me satisfied during stay in the Galaxy hotel.

评价： I stay here 2. time.for that price you cant find better hotel nowhere.it s very clean new hotel.location perfect and they have own beach,but you must walk 500 m.there is everything at the room.breakfast can be better for west people.if i go to phu quoc again,i will not think where i ll stay.

评价： Not great. Cheaper hotels in the area are much better. We checked in and there was no bed linen on the bed and no towels anywhere. We had to call reception twice and still nothing. We eventually went down when we were going out for dinner and we asked a third time, and the receptionist brushed us off. When we came back the blankets and towels were just thrown on the bed. Breakfast was not good and the pool is not really usable.

评价： Overall we were satisfied with Galaxy, the staff are helpful and have good English. The room was comfortable and well serviced though the bathroom, with bathtub, shower over is rather worn. Travellers must be aware that there is little or no access to the beach, it and the sea belongs to the expensive resort hotels over the road. Breakfast is very poor and best avoided.
