评价： Good place, nice and clean, bathroom is a bit tight
优点： super nice!! everything was perfect. i love this hotel :))
缺点： some maintenance works were on going and it started around 10am. except it everything was super good.

Great location to visit HCM, at the limit of district 1 and not far from the airport.
Staff is very helpful and kind.
The room is clean, fully equipped, and bed is comfortable.
Good ratio quality/price !
缺点：
First night the air conditioning was not strong enough, but staff repaired it quickly and it was ok for my next night.
The small street in front of the hotel is quite busy, so better to get a room at the back.
评价： Quality Japanese shower offers great relaxation after a long day out. Slow elevator. Cheap polyester bedding with hairs on the pillows. No fridge in room.
优点： Very clean and room just as pictured. Reception staff are friendly and helpful
评价： The room still has old guest hair on the bed and floor, there are dead cockroaches, the soap is not refilled enough, and the floor is greasy. The location is conveniently in the center, quiet, and has a parking area.
优点： restaurants and coffee shops are near the hotel. The room clean and comfortable.

- Location is good and it's quiet
- Rooms are clean
缺点：
- The staff and especially the owner are not very friendly or helpful at all
- The owner is very greedy and just wants money for everything
- Can't extend your stay without checking out first and waiting until 2pm to check in again, despite the room being ready
- The lift is super slow but works
- Bathrooms also very small
- Too expensive for what you get and much better options around
优点： A very nice stay. Room was clean and had a balcony too.
缺点： Shower doesn't have a lot of pressure. Alleyway to the hotel is full of rubbish at night
优点：
Good location, in a small alley not far from Tan Dinh Market, with local people.
The hotel is rather new, hence everything is in good conditions.
The 2 female staff of the day shift are nice, smiling.
缺点：
The height of the room is probably some 1.9 meters only (I measure 1.65m and when raising my hand, I can touch the ceiling!) which made me feel suffocated.
The male staff of the evening shift was not very nice. He didn't want to provide me the 2 complimentary bottles of water, arguing that as I was alone, I should get only 1 bottle.
评价： Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean and well-furnished room.
优点： My first priority is clean, comfortable and convenient, good and safe place to stay.
