评价： Makanannya enak banyak pilihan
优点： size of room, room design, gym 24 hrs, breakfast, staffs were welcoming
缺点： There is mold in fridge (not being continuously clean), carpet have spots (must wear hotel slipper).

优点： About 5 minutes from airport. Staff were very nice. Rooms spacious. Excellent buffet. It was huge.

缺点： At the time of reservation I asked for an extra bed and it was confirmed that it was available, but at check-in the staff said it was no longer available. The staff should pay more attention to customer requests, especially in advance request and be committed to it.

优点： Friendly staff, bed & pillows comfortable. Aircon was good. Staff tried to help.
缺点： Shower didn’t drain water out, water sat in shower overnight until housekeeping swept it out. Photos of premises were not accurate, very photoshopped. Carpet grimy. Hotel feels very tired.

优点： We were treated so well here from the moment the hotel's driver met us at the airport to the time we checked out. We were upgraded at check-in and gifted a tropical fruit plate as a welcome gift. The dinner buffet was exceptional in choice and quality. We only stayed one night, but what a wonderful introduction to Indonesian Borneo - we felt like minor rock stars.
