评价： The staff were all accomodating and can speak English. Location is good. Breakfast is also good especially their coffee. The staff were very attentive with our concern like the rubber bath mat, extra pillows and water. Will recommend this hotel to my friends who will be visiting Da Nang soon

优点： Every detail was perfect! 🤩 Location, Comfort, the Staff is amazing, especially Ms. Ivy the receptionist! 🥰👏🏼🤩 They also lent us some bikes 🚲 and we enjoyed a lot ! 🥰🙏🏼

评价： Worthy hotel with good location, price ( but Im a genius member, so I was down 50% price) and breakfast.
But, the service woman in breakfast room still talked each other a bit loud. I dont like that. And that room a bit tight with many tables and chairs.

优点： Located approx 5 mins walk from dragon bridge, easy access to everything. Breakfast was superb, staff extremely friendly and helpful, organised day trips for us, taxis etc nothing was too much trouble. Room was huge, comfortable bed. Would highly recommend

优点： The staff mostly spoke at least broken English. Buffet staff were great by second day knew what our order would be. Recommended local restaurants that were very cost effective. Location great ! Longest walk required was 3 km. Dragon Bridge view from our room was great also.

优点： Very central location in the downtown. Many restaurants, bars, massage places, mini-mart nearby. I much prefer this part of Danang rather than being out by the beach.

评价： Fivitel reception staff, Ms Cara was very friendly and helpful. She gave excellent recommendations for local food. Check-in was smooth and quick. The porters were on hand to assist us with our luggage once we stepped into the hotel. I booked a large room since we were a family of five comprising of 2 adults and 3 children, and required more space. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom came with a bathtub.

The pool was located on the 18th floor and though small, looked very inviting. Unfortunately it was not heated and it took quite a lot of courage to take a dip into the water on a cool breezy January afternoon. From this floor, we could see the Dragon Bridge and the routine 9 pm fire spewing (and water spraying!) display. The Kids Club was under maintenance during our stay and this information was not communicated to us via the email or Agoda app. The location of the hotel is rather strategic, being 1-2 km away from popular tourist sights like the Danang Cathedral, Dragon Bridge and Cham Museum. The My Khe Beach (Danang Beach) is about 3 km away so taking a Grab ride may be preferred to walking, especially with kids. Oh, the hotel offers free bicycle rental but to a foreign guest who hails from a country with left-hand traffic, cycling in this city amidst the flowing near-chaotic traffic of motorcycles and cars may indeed be a daunting adventure.

Vietnamese celebrate the Lunar New Year, too so be prepared for large crowds at local shopping outlets if visiting at this time of the year.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for us.
