I booked a room for 4 days and 3 nights because of the convenient location. But I have to check out the next morning.
Everything in the room was covered with dust. The bed sheets were very dirty and had yellow stains. It was cold and rainy that day, but there was no hot water.
I am Vietnamese, used to live in Da Nang, and also traveled a lot, so I don't want people, especially foreign tourists, to have a bad experience in Vietnam.
优点：
very quiet location design and cleanliness

缺点： the rooms on 3 floors do not have windows to the outside
评价： It was fine. Definitely below the par of similar standard hotels in Vietnam. Breakfast was bleak with the girls serving not very enthusiastic and wearing hoodies. Location not the best. Definitely looks better in pictures than in real life.
优点： We liked breakfast a lot. It was perfect view. Beds were soft and we had sweet sleep. Shower had good preassure and hot water. Big room.
缺点： Mold on shower and window curtains. Dark room, small window. Bathroom towel was a little dirty

Room is very spacious and clean too. Their rooftop pool was a good view.
Away from city and main attractions but can use grab to go around.

评价： The bed and pillows and blankets smell a little bad and I found 1 cockroach. If staying for a few nights I would recommend it but not if staying for many nights.
优点：
Nice staff, hotel is a little out of the busy streets so it is not quite as busy around the hotel, hence not as loud.
Facilities are ok, breakfast was ok for the money we paid but not great.
缺点： Rooms are very small and already a little older. That would not be an issue if they were clean. After going through the room, socks are black and dirty. Bathroom smelled from the sink and the curtain for the shower appeared to be moldy. On the second day we killed a cockroach and even after two days of "cleaning" it was still there on the floor, so no mopping the floors or vacuuming has been done. Overall it was okay, you get what you pay for.
评价： I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and really clean which made me want to stay in bed all the time. Breakfast was good but can still improve and give more variety of food. Love the infinity pool and the view. It’s also close to Vincom Center. Staying in this hotel worth every penny.

I stayed there a year ago and absolutely loved that place that time
it was a standard room but beautiful bright and modern, good breakfast on the top floor, great pool and view
缺点：
but that time I took a more expensive room deluxe and it was much worse
very dark, small size and nothing better than standard room, pool on the roof and the whole rooftop was under construction and they didn’t tell in advance
so you literally can only stay in your small dark room no balcony no roof, or sit in front of the hotel
stuff was helpful and friendly but it was a waste of money
didn’t match my previous experience in this hotel unfortunately
评价： The room is old. The bed creak every time you move. The hotel feels abandoned and haunted. I was not comfortable with the room.
优点： staff were very accommodating, a nice restaurant and pool and really comfortable bed
评价： The staff are super sweet. I slept well, comfortable here.
优点： The reception area looks very modern. The view from the room.
缺点： When I first arrived to my room the door was wide open, which means anybody else could have accessed it before me. The room could have used way more cleaning. There were stains on the couch, on the counters, everywhere... Upon my departure at 5:00 AM, all the reception lights were off and the receptionist was sleeping on the floor. A random woman had to wake him up in order for me to be able to check-out.

评价： Good value hotel not far off a Main Street for necessities etc but a little out of the way, hence the price. But despite a limited breakfast option (for western tastes) would recommend to other flexible travellers
优点：
- Good price
- Location is quite ok, few walk to the beach
- Good view from the room
缺点：
- The breakfast is quite basic and not so many option. There is no chef in the breakfast as I think they are in the off-season.
- The restaurant is also quite old and not so clean
- Room cleaning also not really okay as dirt covering through the minibar.
评价： Great hotel provides value for money
优点： Pool was lovely and the restaurant view was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty just not what I’m used to for breakfast. Aircon was good.
缺点： Shower was very weak in the second room we upgraded to. Not in the best area and the flip slops left in the room have obviously been worn by previous people.
