优点： Very friendly, clean and comfortable, ice amenities, nice neighborhood.

评价： Overall good except far from the local market and attraction points

优点： The room was very, very big and the staff was extremely friendly and supportive. We called them to make some noise stop in the morning, and they stopped the maintenance works at the upper and lower floors for some hours so that our baby could keep on sleeping until late. They even provided us with complimentary transfer to the airport and a small gift to apologize for some inconvenience we had during our stay. Very much appreciated!

优点： It’s a perfect place, have everything I need, and I’m very picky. Clean, excellent service staff, restaurant, the breakfast buffet is good, excellent location, many western restaurants around.

优点： If you looking for comfortable, quite, private and nice swimming pool in Hanoi, Elegant Suites Westlake would be perfect. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so neat. Big room and bathroom are so cozy and spacious.rnI really loved the big swimming pool. I would love to stay again when I come visit Hanoi again.
