优点： Nothing, this was a total case of using photos of other properties to sell their own - nowhere near West Lake which is where we wanted to stay

评价： The standard room has no windows, I believe this is something that should be mentioned and also there were a lot of ants in the place, all over the bed and the chair, they need to fumigate the place.

评价： The whole group went to a wedding at Sheraton, unexpectedly the location was so close. The staff were very enthusiastic even though it's rare to meet face to face, it felt like being at home :)). Very good

评价： It's ideal if you are simply enjoying the city but NO.... The internet connection is bad... I was unhappy the entire time. People talked loudly as well (which should have been fine) but the thin walls made working impossible.
