评价： We arrived early morning at the airport. We checked in around 4AM and the reception was open.nnWe checked out the same day

评价： The hotel staff collect sgd30 extra per day in order to have the same room. So that I do not to need to check out and check in daily. Ridiculous.

评价： Due to our change of itinerary we had to put a night in a hotel. We didn’t expect the room to be this small and compact. Literally no space to open your luggage unless you put it and open on the bed. The toilet is big enough which makes one wonder why can’t they use that space for bigger room! Hahaha

评价： I have to pay extra money upon arrival be cause of I stay for a week

优点： I stayed here with my family for the New Year's eve countdown at DDP. The family room was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 children. The location was easy to find and near the subway station, restaurants and malls. The staff was friendly and basic necessities were provided.

优点： The male reception staff were friendly and helpful.

优点： Austin at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. I was not prepared for the rainy season, and he gave me an umbrella! His English was very good also, which definitely helped communication.

优点： Austin who speaks English very well was a great host helping us with information for transportation, finding nearby ATM (need cash for the airport limousine) to the airport for early departure, providing complimentary water and communal laundry and kitchen use. nAustin made the stay a 5 star. nThe location is very close to bus and train stations with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

优点： There was nothing I liked in this hotel. Not worth the money

优点： The hotel was really central and so close to the subway. Rooms were clean and bathrooms had powerful shower. There was a problem with the booking when we arrived and Austin went above and beyond to rectify the issue. He was friendly and accommodating and had very good English. Thanks to him we had a lovely stay.
