优点： Had a great time. The staff were very friendly, the food was good and the stay was very good. Except I thought the location is a bit far from the center and other visiting locations.

评价： Apart from crystal bay, the location is pretty far from everywhere a the road is very tricky even for experienced riders. Spend a bit more ato stay in a better location

评价： First of all, this review is based upon only interaction with one and only reception staff. We reached at the property at 10am and checkin was showing at 12pm on Agoda. The receptionist named "noni" told me that it's at 2pm. I requested her to give us any available room for half an hour only so that we can get freshen up as we were travelling with kid. she upfront declined the request saying no room was ready at the moment and asked us to freshen up in the reception toilet which did not even had the latch. we simply accepted and changed us into fresh clothing. while we were seating there another foreign guests arrived and she immediately did the checkin formalities and escorted them to their room. when I confronted her she shouted at me that your room is not ready when I simply asked for any room available for some time. she again said no room is available. next day during breakfast I asked juice for my kid in a complimentary breakfast she said it's not a hotel policy to provide breakfast for kid even if you book room with kid . also during the checkout, she did not even spare us 15min over checkout time and rudely denied the request.

I feel the hospitality was the worst yet the property was decent. not recommended with kid at all.

优点： The restaurant was good. The room was quite lovely and the bed very comfortable. The people were kind. Very helpful to get me around to harbor and on excursions. Easy ten minute walk to Crystal beach. The “Balinese sauce” was a lovely sambal and you should definitely ask for some with your indo dishes! The young man harvesting coconuts broke one open for me to enjoy!

Rooms are clean and also the bathroom.
The pool was amazing.
Scooter is necessary to go around.

评价： This place can be your get away spot. It is 30 mins from the port. My friend and I had the poolview. The food is okay. The pool is okay it's warm during morning and sometime in the evening. I would recommend this place for couples / honeymooners. It's just a 5 min walk from the crystal beach.

优点： Very clean and cossy bungalows. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always keen to help us. You can rent a motorbike at the property and also taxi from/to the harbour. Highly recommended it.

优点： Beautiful rooms and garden, nice restaurant and lovely staff, they can help you organise activities and taxi to the ports
