评价： Recommended if you look for a quiet hotel 10mins away from the busy ancient town. Hotel serves good breakfast. The swimming pool is nice and room is clean. Staffs are friendly.

评价： I originally was booked into their other property the Cozy Villas but got upgraded to stay at their Cozy Savvy which is their grander more upmarket property . The staff make you stay wonderful with their attention to detail. My room was immaculate and this was an oasis of calm . Short walk to most of the places of interest .The buffet spread was nothing short of grand and had the choicest of food laid out . I felt I could stay here forever. Thank you!!

优点： Absolutely beautiful place, lovely rooms, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location was great. Just a short walk to the old town where everything happens (lanterns, food, boat rides, shopping, night market).
Breakfast was great too.
Will definitely be coming back to Hoi An and will definitely be coming back to cozy hotel.
PS- the Thai massage is a MUST!

评价： the hotel is pretty artsy and has a very nice detail in the room. It also comes with a bathtub and a balcony to help you wind down. the hotel also has a nice bike for you to use and its free of charge. It did help a lot with exploring the old town. If possible ask to be placed on 6th floor down. We were checked in in room on the 7th floor and we needed to climb one extra stairs coz the lift only takes you to 6th floor.

优点： The breakfast was delicious, the pool very lovely and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and informative. The location, away from the busyness of central Hoi An, was ideal. Hanna was a very helpful staff member who gave us great suggestions!

评价： Hoi An was flooded on the day of arrival and I couldn’t leave the hotel for a day. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They gave me details of things to see, best coffee places, and quality restaurants. They answered all the questions and often went out of the way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean and well looked after.

优点： The property has a great local Vietnamese touch to it. It’s gorgeous, staff are lovely, everything was just perfect.
Front office staff Anne Li Thou was just a legend - so helpful with her tips to go around, and was so kind and generous. She made our stay memorable!

评价： We adore staying at cozy Hoi an. The rooms are beautiful,spacious and stylish. The spa offered luxurious treatments. The roof top pool was relaxing and the breakfast everyday was fresh and delicious.
But by far the greatest asset Cozy Hoi an has is the amazing and talented staff. They are friendly and welcoming. They ensure all your needs are met and help in any way with tasks such as booking taxis etc. we keep going back to cozy Hoi An as we feel so at home here. We are treated like royalty and treated like family. We love Cozy !

评价： The very contemporary facility is spacious and well appointed, very clean and has the best staff! Everyone there is genuinely caring and professional. Great experience, spa was terrific. Perfect location just three blocks from the Old City so quiet but close and the free use of bicycles made it a very easy visit. Highly recommend!

优点： The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size and the location was good with easy walking distance to the river and night markets. The free bikes were a great bonus. Breakfast was very nice.
