优点： The facilities of this hotel met my expectation. Most of the staffs are friendly and helpful.

评价： Hotel is permanently closed but still managed to make a booking. How frustrating when arrived but cannot check in and immediately need to booking another hotel.

优点： Rooms on the top level were amazing. staff were kind and helpful.

评价： The bathroom door and the main door of the single bungalow need to be secure. I don’t like having a mirror covered with fabric on the outside that can be seen through. During check-in, the staff was very enthusiastic. I requested LCO twice (on the fanpage and with staff during check-in), and they promised to check and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything. The room does not have tea or coffee as advertised. There should be a full-length mirror. The breakfast restaurant also has mosquitoes. For that price range, I can accept a simple breakfast.

优点： The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is super cozy anh i love the garden, too. The breakfast, for me, is very good, there is always somethings new everyday.

优点： The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool area is really excellent, and the hotel is a quick walk to a couple beaches. Breakfast was pretty good. Beautiful gardens.

评价： They tried to take money for towel and slippers whoch we used and left near there pool area.We refused to pay and they started threatening and followed us to the airport then took 1 million dong.

优点： Absolutely everything about the hotel. The staffs were nice and polite, receptionists were great. Facilities was good with hot water. The room is really nice and the price is good value. The hotel located near Ong Lang beach, only 7 minutes walk so it's very convenient if you want to swim in the sea. But the hotel also has 2 swimming pools so you never run out of swimming option 😆There's car service to pick up and drop off at the airport with a good price which was very convenient. The driver also drove safely and friendly. They even stopped at a local Bún Quậy Kiến Xây restaurant for us before going to the airport! Great service overall!nI also love the cat, maybe stray (?) that we see sometimes running in the hotel. She was very smart and loving, please feed her well ❤️
