评价： I had some special requirements for an early check-in, and even though my room wasn't available, I was given a significantly upgraded room. I enjoyed my stay thanks to the courteous and professional staff.

优点： We loved the location by the COEX mall in Gangnam. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was very large with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living area. The tea service on the first day was a very special touch. The staff were very helpful. The spa was superb with onsen, wet and dry sauna, hot tub and pool. There is also a full gym. Great value for money.

优点： We like the spacious one bedroom-apartment. The layout is good and everything worked. We love the shower room with a chair and steam function.nLocation and service are excellent too.
