优点： Hotel was very clean. Had no mold. Comfortable and luxurious. The pool was amazing and very clean. I went to the poolside twice. No one was there so i enjoyed a dive. It was extremely cold due to pleasant weather but I still took a dive for a few minutes.

We forgot our bag twice in the lobby and they called and informed us about that. Amazing experience

6.0 Decent hotel - Tyra 25-11-2024

优点： The room was nice, bathroom was very nice and we had a smart TV, fridge and good air con. Pool seemed nice, but unfortunately it was too rainy for us to use. Restaurants nearby but most of them quite expensive. Beach was nearby but again, it was too rainy for us to visit.

缺点： Balcony was a bit small, couldn't really stand out on it. Little bit far out from the city centre but not too bad in a grab. Staff didn't have much English so had to use google translate for communicating. Bed was quite hard.

3.0 Horrendous beds but good location. - Narelle 06-05-2024

优点： Beds are horrendous, literally just a bed base and hard as rocks! The location was good, close to restaurants and the beach, could see the dragon bridge from the roof top pool.

缺点： Bed, beds, beds, beds, they are the hardest beds we have ever experienced at a hotel (only a base). We actually asked for more blankets to try and soften the base but did not help, even resorted to taking the cushion of the couch to use.
Reception checked in another guest even though we were in line first so that was disappointing and when checking out they tried charging us for mini room items that we did not have and were missing when we arrived.

优点： Clean, modern, decent hotel with a nice rooftop pool

缺点： Mattresses were rock hard and the balcony was very small and not big enough to sit out on. They overlooked a busy road anyway so I suppose it would not have been nice sit out on it anyway!

优点： The lovely rooftop pool, great price,very clean,helpful staff,near beach, and short walk to city over Dragon bridge.

缺点： Breakfast while good for Vietnamese, it could cater more for western taste,cereal and beans would have been a bonus.

优点： Staff were genuinely happy to be of service. They helped me recover a custom tailored suit that was left in a rented car! Rooms and facilities were very clean. The rooftop pool was small but clean and with an unhindered view of the Dragon Bridge! Location was awesome --walking distance to the beach and to the bridge plus a convenience store and a souvenir shop at the corner.

缺点： Gym could use some weights, at least, and non-Vietnamese breakfast options could maybe include sausage/ bacon or even just mushroom to pair with eggs. Nevertheless, the food was ok --chao, fried rice, (fish?) dumplings, egg noodles, braised chicken, bread, and fruit.

评价： We felt that some, not all, of the front staff were rude to us for no apparent reason. Also, we were charged triple the cost of having laundry services performed to what it should have cost based upon past experiences. the hotel itself was nice, clean and the breakfast was decent.

优点： Very nice hotel..very clean everywhere.Room very clean.shower toilet all good..
Pool on roof top with good views of city and at night time..
Not far from the beach but it wasn't beach weather...

缺点： The beds very hard like laying on a board..
Noise out side with bump bump LOL...
Stairs to reception and no hand rails...
Buffet breakfast but not much for Aussies...
And the coffee is yuk..
