评价： located in the middle of the beach and the old town! with such an affordable price you will get a very welcoming and helpfull hospitality! with clean big room, complete ammenities, big balcony, and free bicycle you cant ask anything more! i have an absoluttely a great time in there!

评价： Me and spouse feel glad to share that it was an awesome experience to stay at cat tien villa. The host couple are very nice and will cater to all relevant requirements during the stay. They arranged for our transportation at a much cheaper cost and also free bicycles are available for the enthusiasts. Overall 10/10.

评价： Its very good on the whole , I’ve marked it down a bit for noisy building work that lasted several days while I was there. Probably not likely to be a problem for most people in the future

评价： Je recommande fortement le séjour à Cat Tien Villa, la famille est charmante et accueillante, la chambre est spacieuse et très propre, ils m'ont proposés de manger avec eux et m'ont donner de très bons conseils pour la visite de la ville, bref une super expérience !

评价： Really lovely and helpful host, nice clean room with very good hot shower, good WiFi and a great pool. It’s a 20-30 minute walk to the centre, but there are free bikes available to use as well
