卡拉鲁斯蒂克公寓 (Cara Rustic Apartment)

评价： The bathroom floor is too slippery due to lack of cleanliness, posing a risk of slipping for guests. nThe kitchen is dirty, and there is a very unpleasant smell coming from the area where the bowls are stored. nThe bed frame collapsed while I was sitting on it. nThere is no drinking water in the room as advertised when I asked, the staff did not respond. nThe booking confirmation did not clearly state the check-in and check-out times. I checked out at 12:50 and the rental charged me 100,000 VND for late checkout.

评价： I booked here, but as the date approached, the hotel encountered issues, so they proactively moved me to another home that is also very comfortable and clean. The staff was proactive.

评价： The room is nice and cleaner than I expected. The location is very beautiful on the other side of West Lake, so it's a bit far from the city center.

评价： The room we booked is being fixed with a lock, so the hotel transferred us to another room, which is fine. The new room is pristine and has a strong scent of wood. It's probably because it's so new that they haven't fully prepared things like toothpaste and toothbrush yet. But overall, it's okay.

评价： I hope the hotel will prepare better to welcome guests. Before arriving, I read reviews about the staff being enthusiastic, but when I actually got there, I didn't receive much support from the hotel.

评价： The room looks like the picture, at first the bedroom had a slight smell but turning on the air conditioner was fine. The chat responses were quick.

评价： Nghi ngờ bị khách sạn lừa.

评价： Căn hộ rất đẹp và rất sạch sẽ.
