评价： Had a fantastic three-night stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

优点： Its far out. Best to book here if you have your own transportation. There is nothing available at the hotel. Not even water, tea, coffee - not even to buy. So go prepared. The person in the WA booking is a manager who manages several properties. So its a very impersonal experience. I would rather go to the nearby Namaste bungalows if i wanted to stay in that area again.

评价： Such a beautiful spot however there were building works directly next to our bungalow which woke us up with loud banging, drilling and talking every morning at around 7:30-8 o clock. Such a shame as it's such a peaceful and quiet place. We weren't able to enjoy our mornings with the loud noise. AC didn't work in the rooms but we made do with opening the doors. Just warm air from the AC unit.

优点： beautiful location. 5 minutes from crystal bay. very clean, good ac, amazing host. we have stayed other places on penida that were not as nice as they seemed in pictures. This place exceeded our expectations

评价： The high 9.1 rating and comments here fit my personal needs and set my expectations high, but unfortunately my expectations were not met. The Wifi was not fast as many commented. I could only get 2MB download per speedtest.net and experienced choppy and dropped zoom calls. I got better service on my Telcomsel SIM card. There were two electrical outages during my stay, and one hot water outage. No staff were onsite outside of checkin/checkout hours, so it took time to notify and get someone to come resolve them, although thankfully they did get resolved. There is no food available onsite, so either had to go outside for breakfast or buy things at the minimart the night before. This place is good for a 1-2 night stopover where all you need is to sleep and send text messages, but not the right place if you require more.

优点： The location is good if you want to head towards Klingkling T Rex Beach and areas nearby. Only 15-18kms by bike. Many restaurants close to the place. Nice lookout to the jungle. AC in rooms.

评价： Staff helped me with arranging arrial to the island (which turned out to be cheaper to do myself), with local transportation, and in general, they care about their customers not less than Marriott. I could take a few $ cheaper place, or better located, but this hassles service really worthed it.
