优点： Perfect home stay, with the best host you could ask for. Speaks perfect English and so friendly. Thankyou Vicky for everything. After coming to Vietnam for many years this is definately the friendliest host I have ever experienced!

评价： I had great time at this hotel as it was pretty much on the outskirts of the big city with very good walking distance and still offering a real quiet environment.
The real gem of this place is Vicky the receptionist and owner which was always a great conversation, friendly and helpful!
I'll be back some day and I recommend others who look for a quiet, super friendly and affordable stay.

优点： Excellent price and location. Clean and big enough room. A great owner who helps with everything you need, arranged for us a good driver and a car for private tours at an affordable price.

评价： We enjoyed our stay. Staff were incredible. Owner booked a bus for us to Dong Hoi (sleeper bus service was terrible, but not owners fault of course)!

Just a shame that it says 'free bottled water', as this is not true.

评价： Nice, large room. Very comfortable. We were charmed by the staff, especially the lady. She always smiled and tried to talk to us, had her phone out to translate Vietnamese to English. Thank you for a great stay!

评价： Pros: Location is a 5-10min walk to old town and a 5 minute walk to the night market, free bicycle hire, extremely helpful and friendly staff, clean and new establishment

Cons: Mosquitos get into the room despite having air conditioning and no nets are available, construction work on a hotel next door makes daytime hours noisy (from 7am-4pm), no restaurant in the hotel

优点： Our hostess and host were so helpful and nice during the whole visit. They gave great recommendations for food and activities. The rooms are comfortable and very well worth the price.

评价： All in all a very good place to stay side so long as you can ride a bike into the old town as it is a bit of a hike for older people. Other than cold showers and a badly designed bathroom that does not drain as well as it should and overflows all over the bath room. Such a pity for a newly built establishment. For those that travel Asia on a budget this is a common problem. The staff at this hotel could not be any more helpful.

评价： This is a fine hotel but no hot water in bathroom. Bikes supplied free to ride into old town but a bit of a hike if you can't ride. Our bath room was badly designed so it flooded when we showered. New hotel and other than above Good experience for the cost.

优点： It locates in a calm area near the ancient city. You only need to walk about 10-15 minutes. The staff especially Vicky are friendly, cheerful and helpful. The room with a balcony was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed staying here very much and highly recommend staying here.
