优点： Breakfast was excellent, the pool was nice and cozy. The rooftop bar was very nice. The children playground was good
缺点： Just one minor thing, if motorcycle can also use the bridge to enter the lobby it would really help and avoid confusion. Now, if we use motorcycle we have to go through a maze of roads just to reach the entrance. For most its really confusing
评价： Stayed 3D2N in a 2 Bedroom Apartment with family. The room was spacious and comfortable, but lacked a fridge, hair dryer, and telephone — which was disappointing for this room type. On the second day, I had to replace the room key as the system only registered a 2-day stay.nnThe lift was very slow, likely due to the long holiday, quite frustrating, especially during the busy 1 PM check-in time. Gym was standard, with a sauna available. Great location, within walking distance to Botani Square Mall.
优点： the staff was supportive and friendly and the location was near to many facilities. The view was wonderful.
缺点： The room is small. the photos are not similar to the reality.

缺点： Breakfast was good and the hotel was good too but i had a bad experience staying there because I preferable booked family rooms, in order to get more peaceful as it is for family and the price is more expensive as well compare to normal single room. U unfortunately my family couldn’t sleep well due to noises of the chairs from upstairs and the group which is staying in the same hotel nearby our room, we were staying in room 2126. Omg it was so loud as hell at night. I did called reception at midnight, well they just apologized and nothing they can do because the noises still keep coming. Can you imagine to a a good short holiday for family but turn out it’s worse than to sleep at home. We stay in the hotel because we need some peace and relax. The group of empower or whatever group inspire something it’s way worse than normal people. I think the hotel should inform if they have group staying in the hotel so the other guests can re consider to stay. To be honest I am really not happy with this. I have traveling a lot and just came to bogor for this.
优点： Close to botanical garden. Good service delivery and friendly staff. Good value for money.
缺点： At weekends very busy. The elevators are badly coordinated and take sometimes very long.
