优点： The staff was very friendly and helpful

优点： The hotel is of a very good standard and rooms are of the quality you would expect. I arrived late at night and was quickly processed through reception. A good range of channels on the tv, adequate wifi, and a very nice bathroom.

优点： The rooms are nice. The check in process… not!!nnWe were told to wait a minute, which we did, for 45 minutes. Note to hotel. Do not treat your guests as idiots, it just serves to piss them off. Information is key to relationships. If you had shared information I wouldn’t be sitting here writing this scathing review!nnWe got to the hotel just after 5. They had obviously over booked and when we were finally given keys to the rooms on the 8th floor we went up to find that the rooms hadn’t finished being cleaned and they were smoking rooms. 801 smelt like the smoking lounge at any airport. nnOn going downstairs I was told by the female manager on duty, that non-smoking rooms were subject to availability. Pardon?nTalk about a red flag to a bull.nnI had booked non smoking and as far as I am concerned if you have a separate category for it and I book it, you had better have one. Or in our case, two.nnExasperated with the ineffectual registration staff who now hid in the glow of their computer screens and with no non smoking rooms currently available, still wearing clothes we had traveled all day in, we concierged our baggage and headed into the now dark streets to resurrect something of the lost evening. nn1.5 hours gone. We were late arriving at the hotel and our rooms should have been ready. We were not able to freshen up. The idea of watching a sunset at the Harbour taken from us. No apologies given. In fact they seemed it was their job to make it our fault.nAt this hotel, money seems to matter more than souls. nnShame on you Best Western Plus Makassa

评价： Pretty clean. Great location because it's in the middle of the city. There isn't many staff , not even a doorman to greet you. The facility is decent

评价： Really good. The pillows were too big for us but we didnt try ask the friendly staff for other ones either. Breakfast was exceptional. Everything I tried was really good

评价： Had an overall really great stay at BestWestern Hotel. Cleaning was regular and thorough. It was (relatively) easy to communicate with staff in English as a non-native Bahasa Indonesia speaker. Only thing is the laundry prices were maybe a little bit expensive? Room service was yummy. Pool was great. Would highly recommend if you’re a solo traveller looking for a peaceful place to stay in Makassar.

评价： A bit dated and run down. nnPool is covered so that's a plus. nnBreakfast was quite good. nnGood enough and ok for the price and location. No thrills.
