优点： The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal, just a short walking distance away. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. rnrnWe upgraded to M Club Lounge access. The lounge, located on the 11th floor, offers exclusive perks such as complimentary breakfast, cocktails, and dinner. Our rooms were situated on the 12th floor, the highest level of the hotel, offered a stunning sea view, providing a picturesque and tranquil scenery that was truly breathtaking. The rooms were impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with comfortable beds and modern amenities for a luxurious stay.rnrnThe M Club Lounge boasts breathtaking scenery, with its panoramic views creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. The cozy and elegant environment adds a touch of high-class exclusivity, making it the perfect spot to unwind and indulge in style.
缺点： Point one : Noise levelrnrnWhile the hotel's proximity to the ferry terminal is convenient, it does come with some noise disturbances, particularly when the ferry departs. Additionally, conversations from guests walking along the corridor, even when they are not shouting, can be easily heard inside the rooms. Unfortunately, this affected my sleep on several occasions, which was disappointing given the overall quality of the hotel.rnrnPoint two : Breakfast at M club loungernThe food options were quite limited, and the dishes were extremely cold. We were fortunate not to experience any stomach issues. Disappointed, my family and I decided to have breakfast at Goji Kitchen and Bar for the following days instead. To our surprise, the variety of food at Goji Kitchen and Bar was far greater than what was offered at the M Club Lounge, and, importantly, the food was served warm and fresh.rnrnPoint three : Dinner at Jiang he resturantrnMy family and I dined at Jiang He Restaurant on December 12 at 7:30 PM (Indonesia time). I ordered the steamed salted egg buns, but to my dismay, all three buns were missing the salted egg filling. The dish had to be re-served.rnrnNext, I ordered the braised bean curd with crab meat, but both the sauce and tofu were overly salty. The half Peking duck we ordered was disappointing as well—the thin pancakes used for wrapping the duck were served cold.rnrnFinally, we tried the fried rice with crab meat, egg white, and truffle oil, which turned out to be quite average and lacked the expected flavor.rn rnI was deeply disapopointed by the overall standard of the food

评价： I booked this place to celebrate my wife’s birthday and I would like to say that the service was great and after finding out the reason for the trip, the staff at the hotel went out of their way to ensure that it was a great trip. Thank you to the front desk staff, to the kitchen and all that made this trip memorable.
缺点： Morning break fast was not included. Additional cost to be pay.rnSea view additional costrnRoof top Bar was reserved and not allowed us to use. There is NO sufficient information for reservation for the BAR.rnNo Bath tubs in room.
评价： The hotel is located next to Harbour Bay terminal which is much less crowded with better facilities. Love the lounge with views of the ocean and to top it off, dinner at the rooftop bar with sunset views!
