优点： Location, staff and comfort. They speak English, very polite staff and accommodating. They allow late check out and have our luggage store while we waited for our transportation pick up to the hotel. Good breakfast.

评价： The hotel is clean and beautiful, with a convenient location and friendly staff! One drawback is the shower head is too weak the hot water is strong, but the cold water is too weak, which made me wait a long time and felt a bit disappointed for a 4-star hotel!

评价： Our room was clean, but during our first breakfast, a cockroach landed on my plate. That was the only time it happened, thankfully. The breakfast was sumptuous, there was a lot to choose from, and they had a varied menu from day to day. The place is within walking distance from many establishments, even a park. All in all an OK experience.

评价： - Disadvantages: old hotel, some things are a bit rusty and worn down, breakfast has few options but is quite tastyn- Advantages: spacious and clean room although a bit old, has an electronic toilet, has a year-round pool suitable for winter, convenient location next to Vincom mall, bakery, restaurants, and Hong Lam store for buying gifts
