优点： The room and view were gorgeous! The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel!

优点： Everything was top notch. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. We took the bus up to N Seoul Tower for the night view and we walked the namsan dulle-gil in the morning and it was all beautiful.
缺点： I thought we’d be in the tower, but we were in the short building which didn’t have a view. I also thought we could go to the beautiful outside pool and those grounds, but I guess not.
评价： The staff was exceptional, and the spa experience was out of this world. Breakfast was amazing. My room had dirty walls and scraped paint—I would never have expected that. I couldn't adjust the room temperature, and I was overly warm.
优点： I like everything in this hotel. The most impressive is front desk “ Ms. Kay” helping and taking care of us.

优点： The staff is absolutely remarkable. They are friendly, helpful, kind & very professional. Truly an exceptional service experience.
优点： Excellent caring staff that goes the extra mile. Very friendly and professional. Great attention to detail in cleaning the room. Most staff have a good command of English which was helpful. Amazing bath in the room and nice facilities if that is your thing. Awesome view from the room of Seoul Tower!
缺点： Location is difficult to use public transit with, steep uphill when returning and it is not easy to get to the subway. Lack of stores nearby. Restaurants in the hotel were all quite expensive.

缺点： This is gathering places for the snobbiest Koreans of Korea. Stay away if all possible
优点： Staff at check-in and the restaurants were welcoming and accomodating. Namsam premier pool room was exceptional. It was spacious, had amazing natural lighting and great views of the mountains and city, the pool temperature was superb and the bed was very comfy.
评价： The staffs are very helpful and considerate. My proposal is very smooth and I got the YES successfully!
优点： Cloud-like bed and lovely aromatherapy. Spacious suite with steam shower and bathtub. Basic free mini bar and madeleines were a nice touch. The relaxing and luxurious stay was reflected in the cost. Breakfast was included—options for made-to-order Korean breakfasts and a generous and plentiful buffet complete with egg, noodle soup and waffle station.rnAccess to fitness centre and swimming pool included. Sauna access is a 50% discount for hotel guests it is a must if you haven't been to public bathhouses or find them too crowded or hectic. An excellent location for walking in Nasam Park and to Seoul Tower.
缺点： Nothing comes to mind.
优点： I have stayed in there for 5 days. rnI felt it was very good breakfast with very kind staffs.
缺点： Breakfast was very delicious, but menu didn't change for 5 days. rnMy opinion is that need to be changed at least for main dishes.
