评价： The hotel is old and not well maintained..nIt takes longer than 10 minutes to check in.. nI booked non smoking room but they gave me a stinking smoking room which is located on the leaking corodor.. the carpet is wet and smells ..nBathroom is big and good water preasure..nThe bed linen was so old and thin as well as the pillow..nOn breakfast buffet was quite alot of selection but the coffee the worst i have ever drunk in my life.nIts like plain water with coffee infused .. Did not drink it even after the waitress offered me the new one ..nPS. My messages tonthe management will be.nRefresh the hotel, rooms, Towels and the bed...its top old to be used on a 4 stars based..nWill think 100 times to come back nPs 2. There are many other nice hotels available in Pekanbaru..nnCHAND

缺点： - Water from the shower room leaking in to the toilet room n- Dirty water from the top floor leaking in to the toilet room and corridor in front of toilet room n- Breakfast taste not good

优点： Great location and a great hotel with all-round facilities. Helpful staffs and very efficient front desk, receptionists, house-keeping, and helpers.
缺点： Some of the furniture and fixtures were dated. Particularly the bed and also some smell from air cond vent. However the staffs made sure my concerns are heard and took action.

缺点： Everything in this hotel is disastrous! Im staying at room 605 from june 20th til 21st 2023nn- The room is filthy and dirtyn- room smells like it was kept locked for years, i even have to buy room refreshments by my self. Couldn’t sleep at all thanks to the stinky odor.n- The water heater not workingn- I’ve tried requesting to change room, and yet they tell me its all fulln- The breakfast was not just bad, its also dirty. The plate, the glasses, even the seats im seating on is WET!n- I suppose to stay here for two nights but im checking out on 1st night.. don’t care if i lost my money

评价： Generally a quiet location with big swimming pool. The room is old. Air-conditioning is pre set one temperature with obly fan speed adjustable. Was a very crowded weekend and breakfast was cramped. Got better on Monday. Has gym but no treadmill. 10 mins to Mal Ska at very low grab price.

缺点： They do not offer massages even though it is mentioned. No alcohol is served anywhere on premises. The gym is very small. The wifi password was wrong for the first few days.
