乌布阿里克民宿 (Arik's Homestay Ubud)

优点： Great location, clean nice room with fridge and kettle. Nice big patio.

优点： Nice room and good location. The only downside can be a cafe opposite the terrace which mean you see and hear their staff and customers all day long.

优点： The staff was very helpful and kind. The outside of the homestay vary nice and quiet as it’s not directly to the street, very green. The location was very convenient and central to walk around.

优点： very nice people, in case you need anything they’re always there. also good and typical breakfast and many amenities around them.

优点： I'm hard pressed to find other accomodation that has a better location, comfort and service at this price point.

It's close enough to be able to walk to shops and restaurants, yet far enough from the main road that it's quiet at night - i got a good nights rest in my generously sized (and clean) room and bed.

The owner Wayan and his staff are lovely people and were very accomodative and helpful.

Within a stones throw is a lovely yoga studio, a health food shop - selling organic products and produce - with a restaurant attached serving international and balinese food (with trusted, clean ingredients), as well as a massage spa owned by Wayan's mother - it's really a great set up.

There was a guest in another room whom was a bit loud one evening. However upon informing Wayan, he promptly informed the guest and sorted it out - great service.

The homestay facilities and amenities are basic, but was everything i needed, so I chose to give it 5 stars, particularly due to the value for money.

If you're on a modest budget, i don't think you cant beat this place. I only stayed for a few nights, but could've easily stayed for 1-2 weeks.

I will be back.
