评价： The food is good, the location it's ok.. still near with everything.
优点： All hotel staffs were very polite, welcoming, helpful, friendly, prompt. We also received Complimentary free transportation service back and fro from Habour Bay Ferry Terminal to AP Premier Batam. about 10 mins travel or lesser depending on traffic to reach hotel from Habour bay ferry terminal.rnWe book a Deluxe King Room. Amenities given in the bathroom with bathtub, small fridge, electric kettle. Make-up room service everyday. Breakfast was satisfactory. Overall we had a good time for a short get away trip.
缺点： I think that some materials/things in the room should be refurbish/replaced.

缺点： Given connecting room although it is just 2 of us, and the neighbours were very noisy. Overall the room is not soundproof from outside too. Facilities and room are rather old.

优点： The hotel contacted us prior to arriving to ask if we have any allergies or requests they should take note of, which was unique. rnWe mentioned when booking that we were celebrating a friend's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a room decoration and a slice of cake. They also helped us take pictures of us and the cake.rnThe hotel has many facilities such as an indoor pool, a gym, spa area, a restaurant, and a bar with darts, pool table and karaoke corner. rnThe restaurant serves buffet every morning from 6am to 10am, and the breakfast spread is rather large and interesting, and it changes every day, except for the pastries and live station. rnRoom service was also excellent. They changed the towels, bathrobes, bedroom slippers everyday, and gave us bottles of mineral water daily too. We did mention that they need not tidy the room which they complied. rnOverall an amazing stay, the staff were very friendly.
缺点： We ordered food for room service, and the food was average, considering the price which is more than the food you will find in batam. rnSome of the sockets in our room also was not working.

缺点： 1. have to wait for close to 1 hour for check in.rn2. lots of waiting time - on check out have to wait again in order to get the SG$50 depositrn3. amenities - disappointing rn4. room facilities - disappointing toilet is not clean, bedsheet stained, bath towel non absorbent

缺点： The room is not clean and one of the rooms is so smelly. The reception is not friendly at all. Bfast is good but due to full house they didn't replenish the food when it is empty.

优点： The hotel itself provided a comfortable and pleasant environment. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, offering all the essential amenities I needed during my stay. The housekeeping staff ensured that the room was cleaned regularly.
缺点： the laundry prices offered by the hotel. Comparatively, they were slightly higher than what I have experienced in other hotels. nnconcern about having only two elevators for a large number of rooms. Assigning elevators based on floor numbers, such as odd and even rooms, can be a practical suggestion to help distribute elevator usage more evenly. This approach can potentially reduce congestion and waiting times for guests.nn1. Divide the rooms into odd and even floor numbers.n2. Assign one elevator to serve only the odd-numbered floors and another elevator to serve even-numbered floors.n3. Clearly label the elevators and provide clear instructions to guests regarding which elevator they should use based on their room number.n4. Consider having signage on each floor to remind guests about the corresponding elevator for their floor.nnBy implementing this system, it can help optimize elevator usage and improve the efficiency of transportation within the building.
